Memorial Hospital to host Lunch & Learn Wednesday in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month

CARTHAGE Ill. — In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Memorial Hospital invites community members to a special Lunch & Learn event focused on mental wellness from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, in the Health and Wellness Conference Room at Memorial Hospital, 1454 N. County Road 2050.

The topic, “What is the Most Important Thing You Can Do for Your Mental Health Today?”, will include an discussion featuring two of Memorial Hospital’s own mental health professionals — Brock Stout, behavioral health therapist, and Jesse McKeown, program therapist at Evergreen Center. They will share simple and powerful strategies to support and prioritize mental health in everyday life.
