Memorial Hospital’s Health and Wellness Center to hold Prep and Go! meal workshop March 27

CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Hospital’s Health and Wellness Center is offering the Meals with Memorial: Prep and Go! workshop from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, at the Teaching Kitchen, 1454 N. County Road 2050.
This hands-on workshop, led by registered dietitians Ashlyn Housewright and Julie Shoemaker along with chef Amber Clark, will help participants prepare 10 nutritious and delicious meals to take home, making busy nights stress-free.
The cost for the workshop is $200 which is $5 or less per serving for 10 meals, with each meal ready to be cooked at home and serving 4-6 people. The meals are:
- Beef Ragu*
- BBQ Pulled Pork
- Chicken French Dip Sandwiches
- Fiesta Chicken
- Meatball Vegetable Soup
- Tortellini Sausage Skillet
- Breakfast Burritos**
- Shrimp Fajitas
- Chicken Gnocchi Soup**
- Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
