Memorial Institute of Health and Healing now offering Optifast Transition Phase
CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Institute of Health and Healing is now offering the Transition Phase of the Optifast Program, designed to support patients in their journey toward sustainable weight loss and improved health.
The Optifast Program is a doctor-supervised meal plan that has been helping patients achieve their weight loss goals for more than 40 years. The Transition Phase adds one regular meal, about 400 calories, into your diet while still using Optifast® meal replacements. This phase also includes personalized support from Dr. Yoon Hang Kim and nurse navigators who offer advice, motivation and guidance.
Key benefits of the Transition Phase include custom nutrition plans, behavioral support, medical supervision and long-term weight loss. This program makes it easier for patients to reach their weight loss goals and gives them the tools they need to stay on track.
