Mutt Strut: Red, White and Paws fundraiser on Saturday at South Park to benefit Quincy Humane Society

QUINCY — Mutt Strut: Red, White and Paws, one of the Quincy Humane Society’s largest fundraising events of the year, is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at South Park.

Registration is open online at https://givebutter.com/MuttStrut. Pre-registration will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, at the Quincy Humane Society community room, or at 9 a.m. on Sept. 28.

This year’s event marks the 30th anniversary of Mutt Strut, one of the area’s largest outdoor dog-friendly festival/dog walk events. The event starts with a one-mile Mutt Strut through South Park. Throughout the rest of the morning, fun activities for dogs and their families, pet contests and pet-friendly vendors will be available.
