NutritionHQ. Quincy offering women’s-only event for support, education, empowerment on Thursday

QUINCY — NutritionHQ. Quincy invites women to step into a space designed just for them at NHQ Ladies’ Night: Wellness Roundup from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, at The Kroc Center, 405 Vermont.
This free event provides an opportunity for women to focus on their health, wellness and self-care in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
NHQ Ladies’ Night was created to be a safe space where women feel comfortable asking questions, gaining knowledge and connecting with experts without hesitation. From fitness to nutrition, self-care to mental health, this event is designed to break down barriers and create a community where every woman feels seen, heard and supported.
This year’s event will be held in The Kroc Center’s gymnasium and Meadows banquet rooms. To accommodate busy moms, The Kroc Center is also providing free childcare to a limited number of attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendees can engage with local health and wellness professionals, explore exclusive products and resources and attend expert-led seminars tailored specifically to women’s health.
The first 300 guests will receive a gift. Limited-edition Ladies’ Night T-shirts will be available for purchase, with all proceeds benefiting the Josie Basket Project, an organization supporting families affected by infant loss.
Magan and Tyler Hall are the owners of NutritionHQ. In a press release, Magan Hall said, “We know that sometimes, women hesitate to ask the tough questions when it comes to their bodies, their health or their fitness goals. That’s why this event is a women’s-only space. It’s about removing that hesitation and giving women the confidence to take charge of their wellness without fear of judgment.”
“Our goal is for every woman who walks through those doors to feel comfortable, supported and inspired,” Tyler Hall said. “This is more than just an event. It’s a community of women coming together to invest in themselves, ask questions they might not normally ask and walk away with the knowledge and confidence they need to take their health to the next level.”
