Office manager at SIU Center for Family Medicine named Employee of the Month

QUINCY — SIU Center for Family Medicine-Quincy has announced Stacy Miller as its February Employee of the Month.

Miller is the office manager and has been employed with SIU since September 2021. As office manager, Miller is responsible for creating and updating faculty, provider and resident physician clinic and rotation schedules and uploading those into several software programs; approving time-off requests; and maintaining the resident physician didactic schedule.

Miller’s nominator said, “Stacy is flexible, hardworking, proactive and always a friendly face. She always tries to help out the resident physicians in whatever way she can.”

SIU in Quincy is a federally qualified health center providing healthcare in our community and is also a family medicine residency program training the next generation of family medicine doctors. Miller keeps the organization running smoothly to benefit patient care and an atmosphere for learning.
