Paint Quincy Purple on June 28 to support Brain Awareness Month

QUINCY — The Quincy community is invited to join the fight against Alzheimer’s disease by participating in Paint Quincy Purple on Saturday, June 28, in recognition of Brain Awareness Month.

Community members are encouraged to wear purple to support those affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Several local businesses will be participating by hosting fundraising activities and offering visitors a chance to win a prize basket valued at more than $250, filled with items donated by participating companies.
