Pancheros now open at Quincy location, offering $1 burritos next week

QUINCY — Pancheros Mexican Grill now is open at 3015 Broadway. It’s the restaurant’s fourth location in Illinois.

Pancheros Mexican Grill offers “Burritos Better Built” – incorporating fresh-pressed tortillas, delicious queso and high-quality ingredients seamlessly mixed together using BOB the Tool, a signature brand device designed to create equally balanced bites. The brand also offers bowls, tacos, vegetarian and vegan options.

“After one bite of a Pancheros burrito, we knew we’d found something special and are thrilled to launch our franchise journey with an energetic brand whose food speaks for itself,” Quincy owner Jon Morris said in a press release. “Their dedication to the product and customer is what really sets them above the competition. With an already loyal following throughout the Midwest, we can’t wait to introduce Pancheros to the people of Quincy.”

To celebrate its Quincy grand opening, Pancheros will kick off with a digital week-long $1 burrito event for locals starting Tuesday, Feb. 20. Guests can enter code “QU1NCY” on the Pancheros app to receive a $1 burrito, valid through Feb. 26. Guests who download the app will receive rewards and promotion opportunities throughout the year.
