J. Andrew Welbourne and Lisa K. Welbourne of Pittsfield sold a residence at 100 N. Industrial Park Drive in Pittsfield to Lone Prairie Properties LLC of Pittsfield for $180,000 on April 25.

Pat Keller of Pleasant Hill sold land in Rockport to David Gratton and Elizabeth Buchanan of Rockport for $10,000 on April 27.

Jacob McNulty and Sarah McNulty of Baylis sold a residence at 32467 360th Street in Baylis to Clinton R. Bigelow and Jessica R. Bigelow of Baylis for $295,000 in April. 

David R. Ottwell Et-Al of Pittsfield sold a 38.67-acre farm in Milton to Jeffrey S. Hayden and Heather S. Hayden of Pittsfield for $688,000 on April 28.

Christopher A. Nichols of Rockport sold a residence at 315 W. Congress in Griggsville to Erin D. Cawthon of Griggsville for $72,500 on April 26. 

JDC Rental Properties LLC of Perry sold a residence at 844 W. Jefferson in Pittsfield to Robert Myers of Pittsfield for $35,000 in April.

Melissa K. Keller, also known as Melissa K. Sevier, and Shane M. Sevier of Pittsfield sold a lot at 203 Farm in Pittsfield to Christina Eigenman of Pittsfield for $28,000 on April 26.
