Robert L. Melton, executor, of Houma, La., sold a residential lot at 445 Kellogg in Pittsfield to Square 1838, LLC of Pittsfield for $5,000 in May. 

Lorrie Caurtas of Harlingen, Texas sold a residence at 367 E. Morrison in Pittsfield to Weston Billings of Pittsfield for $179,900 on May 25. 

Carrie A. Sutton of Barry sold a lot on Rodgers Street in Barry to Donald L. Schultz of Barry for $9,000. 

The estate of Geneva I. Wendler of Pittsfield sold a residence at 458 W. Lowry in Pittsfield to James M. Dehart and Julia A. Dehart of Pittsfield for $175,000 in May.

Bluestem Properties, LLC of Waterloo sold a residence at 215 S. East in Hull to Brad E. Renier and Misty A. Bronstine of Hull for $12,500 in May.

Rickard D. Wombles of Clinton, Mo., sold 5.9 acres of land at Highway 96 in Rockport to George F. York of Rockport for $48,000 on May 27.
