Rachel Harris of Villa Ridge, Mo., sold a residence at 195 Mississippi in New Canton to Kyle Pipes and Annie Pipes of New Canton for $18,500 on September 13. 

Stephen Grote of Pittsfield sold land and a right-of-way on West Side, 378th in Pittsfield to the Illinois Department of Transportation for $54,000 on April 1. 

Dale W. Smith of Pittsfield sold a residence at 415 S. Monroe in Pittsfield to Jeffrey Cox and Amy Cox of Pittsfield for $130,000 in April 2019. 

Rita L. Blickhan of Mendon and Cheryl L. Vertrees of Chatham sold an undivided two-thirds interest in a 142.49-acre farm at 20229 McCraney Creek Road in Kinderhook to David M. Orr and Tamara J. Orr of Kinderhook for $400,000 on September 12. 

Tammy Zulauf of Jacksonville sold a residence at 31226 County Highway 21 in Griggsville to Lynzee Vinyard and Timothy Vinyard of Griggsville for $5,000 in September. 

Sawyer Zaerr of Griggsville sold land at 203 N. Union in Griggsville to Preston W. Dunham and Bethany A. Dunham of Griggsville for $12,000 in September.

Daniel J. Williams and Alexis C. Williams of Barry sold a residence at 443 W. Gay in Pittsfield to Kasey J. Waggoner and Lyndzie M. Waggoner of Pittsfield for $110,000 on September 16.
