Two from Pittsfield arrested, jailed after methamphetamine found in home

PITTSFIELD, Ill. — The Pike County Sheriff’s Department, Pittsfield Police Department, and West Central Illinois Task Force executed a court-authorized search warrant at 10:59 p.m. Aug. 30 in the 200 block of Chestnut.
After execution of the warrant, methamphetamine was located and seized. Arrested were Tiffany L. Higgins, 34, and Earl P. Black, 40, both of Pittsfield, on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Higgins and Black were arrested without incident and lodged in the Pike County Jail.
