Pittsfield Masons install officers; Roderick selected as president

PITTSFIELD, Ill. — Pittsfield Lodge 790 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons installed officers for 2025 at its Jan. 13 meeting.

Installed as officers were Blake E. Roderick, worshipful master; Jim Filbert, senior warden; Curt Simonson, junior warden; Lyle Revis, treasurer; and Bill McCartney, secretary. Installing officers were Mike Wheelen, district deputy grand master, District 9 West; Robert Wood, secretary, El Dara Lodge 388; and Dean Hall, worshipful master, Hull Lodge 910.

Freemasonry is a fraternal movement whose members are joined together in association with the principal tenets of brotherly love, relief and truth. From these principles, Masons are driven by the virtues of faith, hope and charity to conduct their work in our community, nation and world.
