QUINCY — Qtown Tournaments recently gave a $1,250 check to the St. Jude Quincy to Peoria Run. Proceeds were from T-shirt sales during last weekend’s annual St. Jude Tournament in the Wavering Park complex.

“Players’ families really stepped up and purchased shirts because St Jude is such a great cause,” Darin Dodd from Qtown Tournaments said in a press release. “We are fortunate to have a platform to promote this and blessed to have such great people around the area who supported this fundraiser.”

Qtown welcomed 38 teams to Quincy for baseball and softball last weekend, and 46 teams are registered to play in this upcoming weekend’s tournament.
