Queen of Hearts raffle benefitting Quincy Humane Society to kick off Wednesday at the Dock

QUINCY — The Quincy Humane Society is partnering with the United Way of Adams County to be the hosts of a Queen of Hearts raffle that will kick off Wednesday, Feb. 21, at the Dock, 1021 Bonansinga Drive.

The raffle consists of a gameboard containing a deck of 54 cards numbered, sealed and placed facedown. Each week, one ticket will be drawn with the owner of the ticket trying to locate the Queen of Hearts on the gameboard. The Queen of Hearts raffle will be held weekly (every Wednesday, same time and place) until the Queen of Hearts card has been selected.

Players 21 years of age or older can buy tickets weekly from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at The Dock. Ticket prices are $1 for one ticket, $20 for 25 tickets, $50 for 55 tickets and $100 for 110 tickets.
