Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools to hold sharing sessions about facility plan on Sept. 10
QUINCY — Following months of research and dedicated work, the provisional advisory board for Quincy Catholic Schools will present a working facility plan. The sharing sessions will be held at 11 a.m. and at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 10, in Quincy University’s Connie Niemann Center for Music at 1909 N. 18th St.
The sharing session will include a presentation of the working plan followed by a Q&A segment. The public is invited to attend either session as the same information will be shared at both.
“We are excited to share our current working facility plan. We feel this plan offers the best solutions for the challenges we currently face while also creating a greater opportunity for growth,” chief administrative leader D. Christopher Gill said in a press release. “These sessions are intended to be a conversation with the community. The feedback gathered will help to inform the board’s next steps.”
The Provisional Advisory Board is composed of two representatives from Blessed Sacrament, St. Anthony, St. Francis and St. Peter as well as one representative from the Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools Foundation and one representative from Quincy Notre Dame.
