QUINCY — The Quincy Family YMCA has announced the official launch of Iron Bridge CrossFit, a powerful new wellness initiative designed to empower individuals and strengthen community through high-intensity functional fitness.

This exciting new program is led by Jason Coplan, the YMCA’s wellness director and a CF-L1 CrossFit coach. With years of coaching experience and a passion for functional training, Jason brings the expertise, energy and encouragement that participants need to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive, inclusive environment.

In a press release, Curtis Sethaler, CEO of the Quincy Family YMCA, said, “We’re proud to bring CrossFit to the Quincy Family YMCA. This program is more than just exercise — it’s about building resilience, supporting one another and becoming stronger in every sense of the word.”

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to elevate your fitness to the next level, Iron Bridge CrossFit offers a welcoming and motivating space to train, grow and connect.
