Quincy Noon Kiwanis awards $45,000 in grants to 45 area organizations
QUINCY — The Quincy Noon Kiwanis Club recently distributed $45,000 to youth-centered organizations for their next project or ongoing program needs. Grants were presented at the Holiday Inn banquet room.
Grant funding is the direct result of the success of the Bids for Kids Online Auction. Proceeds from the auction are funneled to recipients through an application process. Platinum sponsors WGEM, Quincy Recycle and Quincy Medical Group and several other businesses donated to the auction.
