QUINCY — Justin W. Hyer, 43, last known address in the 800 block of E. 1900th St., Liberty, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for possession of meth with intent to deliver.
Hyer is 6 ft. 2 in. tall with brown hair and hazel eyes.
