Real estate agent with Happel Realtors acquires pre-license instructor license

QUINCY — Jackie Steinkuhler, a real estate agent with Happel Inc., Realtors, recently acquired a pre-license instructor license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.  

A pre-license instructor license qualifies a person to teach all pre-license courses for real estate salespersons and brokers.

With more than two decades of experience in real estate, Steinkuhler’s new qualification allows her to shape the future of the industry.  She will remain with Happel but also will prepare aspiring professionals across the state.  

“She can keep us educated now,” Jackie Weisenburger, fellow Il licensed broker at Happel Inc., Realtors, said in a press release. “Jackie’s passion for real estate and dedication to continuous learning stand as a model within our community.  This progression into educational mentorship is a testament to her commitment and a boon for our industry.”

Weisenburger said Steinkuhler is reaching out to local colleges to teach a real estate class that has not been offered locally since 2000.
