We in Quincy, IL Back the Blue began in 2015 to provide local police officers with goodie bags to show appreciation for everything they do. As it gained a bigger following, the group raised funds to help local law enforcement organizations buy necessities like uniforms and equipment. The first Red, White & Back the Blue Festival was in 2017.
