Registration underway for Bar Olympics on Saturday at the Dock; proceeds to benefit Teresa Adams House

QUINCY — Registration is underway for the Bar Olympics at The Dock on Saturday, Sept. 28.  Proceeds go towards the Teresa Adams House, which offers a temporary, affordable place to stay for people accessing healthcare from any provider in the Quincy area — or people visiting relatives at any Quincy area healthcare or long-term care facility.

Teams of two can participate in games ranging from cornhole to golf simulation. Registration is at noon on Saturday. Games run from 12:30 to 5 p.m.  Participants can sign up in advance at The Dock or by scanning the QR code on the Teresa Adams House Facebook page.

Major sponsors of the Bar Olympics are TI Trust, Quincy Recycle, Emerald City Jewelers, First Bankers Trust Company, WGEM, The Dock and Haubrich Beverage Company. Game sponsors include Cathy Anderson with Century 21 Broughton Team, Craig Industries, Gunn Construction, HomeBank, ServePro, Shelly Steinkamp with O’Brien Insurance Agency, State Street Bank and Woodstove-FireplaceGlass.
