QUINCY — Rustic Canteen, a fully equipped mobile bar, is serving Quincy and surrounding areas. Owned and operated by Tammy Ray, Rustic Canteen offers modern convenience for a variety of events such as weddings, backyard parties, graduation celebrations, corporate events and more.

Tammy Ray brought her mobile bar dream to reality with a 50-year-old horse trailer, some creativity and a lot of love. Her husband and business partner, Mike Ray, refurbished the trailer and repurposed it to create a functional yet aesthetic mobile bar.

“We wanted to create something special that brings people together in a fun and unique way,” Tammy Ray said in a press release. “Rustic Canteen is not just a business. It’s a labor of love. We’re excited to share this dream with our community and be a part of their most memorable moments.”
