Scholarships available from Illinois Odd Fellows and Rebekahs for students going on to college
QUINCY — Noble Grands Wesley Simmons and Ali Schmitt of Gem City 357-Odd Fellow Lodge and Gem City Doves 27-Rebekah Lodge recently announced that they have funds available for scholarship awards during the 2024-25 school year for students who are residents of Illinois and citizens of the United States.
Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of financial need and scholastic ability. Students with a grade point average of “C” or above and planning to attend an accredited college or trade school will be considered.
Students interested may obtain a scholarship application by visiting http://www.ioof-il.org, going to programs, selecting “scholarship program” and printing the application from that page.
To qualify, applications must be fully completed and received by March 1.
