Each student who entered at least 10 contacts was awarded with a prize. Students who entered at least 15 contacts were entered to win a treasure chest or an iPad, all provided by the Book Blast program. The successful Book Blast was celebrated on Monday, Oct. 23 with the opening of all of their earned books.

Each student opened a personalized package of books to take home to enjoy. Approximately 1,750 books were sent home with students to build their home libraries. Teachers will be awarded money to buy additional books for their classrooms.
