Voting for favorite display in City of Macomb’s Tour of Lights continues through Dec. 28

MACOMB, Ill. — The City of Macomb Tour of Lights is ready for holiday viewing by visitors and community members.

People who tour the lights can vote for their favorite display by going to https://bit.ly/TourofLightsVoting24. Only one submission will be accepted per voter. Voting will continue until Saturday, Dec. 28. The winning addresses will be announced on Tuesday, Dec. 31. The top three addresses with the highest number of community votes will receive Chamber of Commerce gift certificates: $75 for first place, $50 for second place, and $25 for third place.

Savannah Ballard, marketing and downtown development director, said in a press release, “We are grateful to all the residents who submitted their addresses for this year’s Tour of Lights. We’re especially excited to add a new way for the community to get involved with this year’s voting feature. We encourage everyone to take a drive through the Tour of Lights and enjoy a fun way to spread holiday cheer this season.”
