Early Bird Kiwanis supports Bear Creek baseball park with purchase of banner

HANNIBAL, Mo. — The Hannibal Early Bird Kiwanis Club recently made a $600 donation to Hannibal Parks and Recreation Department’s Bear Creek baseball park. 

The club has provided financial support of the park for the past five years by purchasing a banner that is displayed at the park. Funds are generated by the community’s support of various club fundraising efforts.  The next fundraiser will be a food booth in Central Park over the Fourth of July holiday weekend.

The motto of the Kiwanis Club is “Young Children – Priority Number One.”
