HANNIBAL, Mo. — Hannibal Parks and Recreation recently mounted a North Pole Express Mailbox at City Hall for letters to Santa. Children are encouraged to drop off letters in the mailbox on the west side of City Hall next to the deposit box for utility payments. Santa Claus will personally reply to each letter and mail it back to your child from the North Pole.

Letters will be accepted through Monday, Dec. 18. Parents are asked to add notes to the letter if the child’s handwriting is not legible. Letters should include the child’s name, age and biggest wishes for Christmas. A valid return address is needed.
