Hannibal Parks and Recreation snowman contest draws more than 40 entries

HANNIBAL, Mo. — More than 40 entries were submitted during a snowman contest sponsored by the Hannibal Parks and Recreation Department.
Dawson Heflin, 3, from Frankford, and Carley Kitzmiller, 10, and Emelia Kitzmiller, 5, of Hannibal, earned the most shares, likes and comments on the Hannibal Parks Facebook page. The winners earned prize packages from Hannibal Parks and Recreation, including a punch pass to the Hannibal Aquatic Center.
