Hannibal Regional Hospital introduces new pediatric care unit
HANNIBAL, Mo. — Hannibal Regional Hospital recently introduced a pediatric care unit with an enhanced pediatric nurse desk that offers improved visibility and accessibility and a centralized pediatric monitoring system that ensures continuous oversight of vital signs and patient status, allowing medical staff to promptly intervene when necessary.
The unit is adorned with artwork curated to create a welcoming and calming atmosphere for patients. Each room has been updated with fresh paint, new flooring and modern countertops and sinks. The unit features new advanced beds designed to meet the needs of patients. These beds are equipped with the latest technology to ensure safety, comfort and effective care.
