Hannibal Regional to be host of registered nurse interview event on Feb. 20

HANNIBAL, Mo. — Hannibal Regional Healthcare System will be the site of interviews for registered nurses from 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20. Representatives from human resources will be set up in the Hannibal Regional Hospital mall area next to Judy’s Boutique.

This event is a way to learn what Hannibal Regional has to offer and provides applicants with direct interviews in a range of departments.

In a press release, registered nurse Lauren Mueller said, “I highly recommend the RN interview event to anyone fresh out of nursing school or an RN wanting to make a career change. This event gave me the opportunity to meet and interview with various departments in a more casual setting. I learned about opportunities offered at Hannibal Regional and had a chance to interact with directors. The culture here at Hannibal Regional is great, I absolutely love my team, everyone is so friendly and I feel I am truly part of a tight-knit community.”

Registered nurses at all levels are welcome. Applicants should be prepared to talk about themselves and ask questions about Hannibal Regional. Interviewees will briefly meet with Human Resources and then meet with unit directors. Interview times will be scheduled in advance with the applicant’s chosen departments. Areas of opportunity are medical/surgical – pediatrics, medical/telemetry, ICU/CVICU, women’s care, emergency services, inpatient rehabilitation, step down and cardiac cath lab.

Sign-on bonuses or tuition repayment options up to $20,000 are available for eligible positions.
