HANNIBAL, Mo. — A meeting for vendors interested in participating in the upcoming Central Park Farmers Market will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, at Admiral Coontz Recreation Center.

Plans for the upcoming season will be discussed. The local health inspector and scale inspector will be in attendance. Rules and regulations will be outlined, and there will be an open forum for questions and ideas.

Opening day for the Central Park Farmers Market will be Saturday, April 27, from 7:30 a.m. to noon and continue at the same time on Saturdays through Saturday, Oct. 26. Beginning in June, the market will also be open from 3 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday night.
