Rising level of Mississippi River forces closure of Lewis County Route B

CANTON, Mo. — The Missouri Department of Transportation closed Lewis County Route B at the levee, just north of Missouri Route 16, at 8 a.m. Friday, April 28, because of the water level of the Mississippi River. This route is expected to be closed for the foreseeable future until conditions change.
