HANNIBAL, Mo. — The annual meeting of the Friends of the Hannibal Free Public Library will be at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. The agenda for the meeting includes election of officers and planning activities for the upcoming year. Returning friends are welcome. New friends are invited to attend.
