Hannibal Early Birds Kiwanis Club Easter egg hunt set for Saturday at Hannibal-LaGrange University

HANNIBAL, Mo. — The Hannibal Early Birds Kiwanis Club will sponsor its 35th annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 8 on the campus of Hannibal-LaGrange University in the vicinity of the Mabee Sports Complex.

The event will start at 10 a.m. with more than 10,000 plastic eggs filled with candy and other prizes. The hunt will be broken down into three age groups: 3 years and under, 4-6 years and 7-9 years. All children must be able to walk or run on their own.

The Easter Bunny will greet the children and be available for pictures. This event is not a fundraiser for the club but rather a community service project sponsored by the Spiritual Aims and Youth Service Committees of the club.
