HANNIBAL, Mo. — NECAC is offering free diapers to income-eligible parents in five Missouri counties — Lewis, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery and Pike. The goal of the program is to help struggling parents use the savings for other needs.
Multiple sizes of diapers are available, along with pull-ups and wipes, at the NECAC service centers in Hannibal, Canton, Paris, Bowling Green and Montgomery City.
