Options for Women, Immanuel Baptist Church offering free breakfast for pastors, congregation members
HANNIBAL, Mo. — Options for Women and Immanuel Baptist Church invite local pastors and two members of their congregation to a free breakfast from 8-9 a.m. Tuesday, July 25 at Immanuel Baptist Church, 3600 McMasters Avenue.
In a press release, Paul Brunner, executive director of Options for Women, said, “The pregnancy help movement brings the faith community together like nothing else. We are beginning to see that happen and grow here in the Hannibal/Northeast Missouri region.”
The program will highlight services provided by the organization and offer the opportunity for people in attendance to ask questions and learn more about how they can get involved.
“We view ourselves as partners with local pastors and congregations to minister and serve those here in our local community who need our love and support and reciprocate by supporting and encouraging the local pastors and congregations at the same time.” Brunner said.
Pastors and congregation members planning to attend should RSVP names of people attending to Amy Vaughn at 573-231-1775 or by emailing amy@bethechangeforyourcommunity.com. The deadline to register is Friday, July 21.
“We want to take the tremendous opportunity of this breakfast to develop new relationships as well as grow and build existing relationships,” Brunner said.
