Teen health fair set for Saturday at Admiral Coontz Recreation Center

HANNIBAL, Mo. — The 25th annual CHART (Community Health Assistance Resource Team) Teen Task Force Teen Health Fair will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Admiral Coontz Recreation Center in downtown Hannibal.

The fair features booths on health and safety for teens, a DJ with music, prizes for teens and free food for visitors. Information on mental health issues and the effects of drugs and alcohol will be presented. 

This event is geared to middle and high school students, parents, teachers and other caregivers. It is designed to promote healthy lifestyle choices for teens. It is an opportunity for church youth groups, scout groups, school groups and families with teens to combine fun and learning.

The event is co-sponsored by the CHART Teen Task Force and Hannibal Parks and Recreation. Masks will be required for all visitors and participants.
