Regional economic development organization launches new website
KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — Missouri Northeast Development Partnership, a coalition of communities and organizations cooperatively marketing the region to attract new investment and help existing businesses expand, is launching a new website: www.missourinortheast.com/
Rebecca Miller, manager of marketing and communications at Macon Electric Cooperative said in a press release, “Some things you will find on our new website are incentives and key industries in northeast Missouri, information on the workforce in the area, available buildings and sites and much more.”
It is Missouri Northeast’s mission to attract quality businesses to the region from anywhere in the world, as well as maintain foundational efforts to improve the region’s competitiveness.
Developed in 2008, Missouri Northeast represents cities, counties and organizations in the northeast Missouri region. The main purpose of Missouri Northeast is to create jobs and increase the capital investment of the region. The coalition has a presence on the regional, state, and national level with an emphasis on marketing the region to prospective new industry, networking, economic development, education, while providing a common voice on issues affecting the region.
