Missouri State Highway Patrol promotes Hannibal man to lieutenant

HANNIBAL, Mo. — Sgt. Cody C. Frame with the Missouri State Highway Patrol was promoted, effective July 1, to the position of lieutenant and will be designated assistant director of the training division.

Frame was appointed to the patrol on Jan. 3, 2011, as a member of the 93rd recruit class. After graduating from the patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop F, Zone 8, Callaway County. He was promoted to corporal on Dec. 1, 2019, and designated assistant zone supervisor of Troop F, Zone 15, Callaway County. Frame was promoted to sergeant and designated the zone supervisor of Zone 8 on June 1, 2022. He transferred to a troop support role In March 2023 and served as the Troop F training officer.

Frame graduated from Hannibal High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering, with a minor in mathematics, from the University of Missouri. He earned an associate’s degree in criminal justice from Mineral Area Community College.
