MoDOT to hold open house Thursday for future project on Route F in Marion County

Missouri-Department-of-Transportation

HANNIBAL, Mo. — People are invited to an open house to learn about a potential future safety improvement project at Route F and U.S. 24/61 in Marion County from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, on the second floor of the Marion County Courthouse, 100 S. Main in Palmyra.

Details about future improvements, including potential project concepts, will be shared at the meeting through displays and discussions with Missouri Department of Transportation engineers. The meeting is open-house style, so there will be no formal presentation.

“We encourage individuals to come and discuss the project, ask questions and share feedback,” MoDOT Project Manager Brian Untiedt said in a press release.

People who can’t attend the meeting can submit comments to necr@modot.mo.gov. MoDOT is interested in gathering feedback from the public regarding the project and other general comments. The comment period will be open from June 12-25.

MoDOT is committed to providing access to this event for all participants. If you need a reasonable accommodation or translation services, contact Northeast District Communications at 573-248-2490.
