HANNIBAL, Mo. — The landscape architecture firm working on a master plan for Riverview Park is seeking input about improvements.

Planning Design Studio recently sponsored a public forum in which participants help identify what improvements should be made in the park. As part of the master plan, Planning Design Studio will identify a vision for the future of the park and create a roadmap for implementation of that vision.

The master plan would include the entryway, vegetation, tree planting, erosion issues, signage, evaluation of overlooks, passive nature trails and improvements to the shelter/playground.

Anyone who couldn’t attend the forum is welcome to fill out the questionnaire on the Hannibal Parks and Recreation website: https://www.hannibalparks.org/parks/riverview-park/ The answers will be reviewed by Planning Design Studio.

Another public forum will be scheduled in the spring.
