Store manager Ogle promoted to director of service line for Denman Services

QUINCY — Amy Ogle, certified respiratory therapist, has been promoted to director of durable medical equipment (DME) operations for Denman Services, Inc.

Denman’s medical equipment store management team will report to Ogle. The stores are Denman Direct and Denman Medical Equipment and Supply in Quincy, Hannibal Medical Supplies, Illini Health Services in Pittsfield and Macomb Medical Equipment and Supply.

Ogle joined Denman in 2008 and helped establish Hannibal Medical Supplies. She took on the additional responsibility in 2015 of managing Denman Medical Equipment and Supply. Denman Direct at 4800 Maine in Quincy opened in 2020 under Ogle’s management.

Before joining Denman, Ogle worked as a respiratory therapist for Lincare and American HomePatient. Of Ogle’s 28 years of respiratory experience, 24 have been in the durable medical equipment market.   

Ogle is a member of the American Association for Respiratory Care and is the DME advisory committee chairperson to the Missouri Department of Public Health. In that role, she works with representatives from other DME companies, physicians, consultants and employees of the state of Missouri to make suggestions for coverage of medical equipment and supplies for Medicaid recipients to reduce costs for the state.

Ogle is a native of Hannibal, Mo., and a resident of Center, Mo.

In addition to operating durable medical equipment retail outlets in western Illinois and northeast Missouri, Denman Services owns a medical equipment consulting, service and maintenance division and an institutional laundry service.
