Supporters needed for American Legion Legacy Run in Hannibal on June 28

HANNIBAL, Mo. — American Legion riders will be participating in a pre-registered American Legion members ride, The American Legion Legacy Run, beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 28.
American Legion Post 55 of Hannibal, is seeking sidewalk supporters to wave flags along the route to show support for the 100-150 riders who will be participating. The ride will begin on Missouri Route 79 and turn left onto Broadway and then left at St. James, with the final stop being the American Legion at 3819 Route MM.
Music will be provided that evening from 7 to 10 p.m. by Dammit John.
The funds raised by the Legacy Run, a free-will donation event, are used to support veterans and their families through various programs, including scholarships and temporary financial assistance.
