Kroc Center offers another opportunity for people to learn how to play ukulele

QUINCY — The Kroc Center is offering a new session of group ukulele lessons on Wednesdays from May 11 to June 1. Jonathon Weller, the Kroc Center’s education and fine arts specialist, will teach the class.

In a press release, Weller said, “We are so excited to offer another ukulele class. We’ve just wrapped up our first class and now have 10 new people ready to play music. We can’t wait to add 10 more to that number with this new class.”

The ukulele is a good instrument for a beginner to learn to play. Instruments and music will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own instrument if they own one.
