QUINCY — The District’s annual ChristKindl Market will be open Dec. 3-5 at Dick Brothers Brewery, 929 York.
The market will kick off with a preview night party from 5-8 p.m. Dec. 3, followed by 10 a.m. to 4p.m. on Dec. 4 and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 5. The market will feature nearly 40 vendors with German-inspired merchandise available for purchase.
“The ChristKindl Market provides an excellent opportunity to get a jump start on holiday shopping,” said Jeremy Ledford, director of programming and marketing. “Our volunteers for this event are crafting a unique and memorable shopping experience and one we are confident parents and their children will enjoy.”
Live Christmas music will be performed by local musicians and performers. Santa and Mrs. Claus will appear from 1-3 p.m. Dec. 4 and from noon-1 p.m. Dec. 5. Local food trucks, including the Red Light Mobile Grill, the Pizza Wagon and Big Bros BBQ, are scheduled to participate.
