HANNIBAL, Mo. — The “Art For The Health Of It” exhibit at the Hannibal Arts Council’s satellite gallery within the Hannibal Clinic, which features works by Connie Stephens, is available through the end of September.

A native of Hannibal, Stephens enjoys taking family and vacation pictures, creating memories. Her interest in photography began to grow a few years ago when she purchased her first DSLR camera and began to look at photography as an art.  Stephens loves the challenge of creating something people enjoy … stimulating one’s imagination and expressing inspiration through flowers, scenery and nature.

The goal of the “Art For The Health Of It” exhibits is more than just aesthetics. The year-round, rotating exhibits showcase local artists, celebrate creativity and provide a space to be uplifted.  The partnership between the Hannibal Arts Council and Hannibal Clinic was established in 2016.
