Blues in the District to celebrate 25th season beginning June 10
QUINCY – The Blues in the District concerts will return to Washington Park on selected Fridays this summer from 5:30-9:30 p.m. beginning June 10. The host is the Historic Quincy Business District. This marks the 25th year for the concerts.
Each concert is free to attend, weather-permitting. Food trucks are scheduled to be on site throughout the concerts, along with a photo booth where patrons may pose with guitars and other instruments. Additional activities also are scheduled to occur on the June 24 date, which runs concurrent with the Q-Fest weekend of events.
The lineup for the 2022 Blues in The District is:
- June 10 – Amanda Fish (replacing Reverend Raven & The Chain Smokin’ Altar Boys)
- June 24 – Coyote Bill (runs until 10 p.m. this date)
- July 8 – Matt Fuller Band
- July 22 – Travis Ried Band
- August 12 – Brother Jefferson
- August 26 – Hurricane Ruth
Blues in The District is presented by Blessing Health System. A full sponsor list will be posted on www.thedistrictquincy.com website in early June 2022.
