Casino Royale event Friday at Rialto in Hannibal to benefit local pediatric speech therapy program

HANNIBAL, Mo. — Hannibal Regional Foundation and O.C. Wilson Scottish Rite are teaming up to raise funds for the Pediatric Speech Therapy Department at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
The fifth annual Casino Royale event will take place on Friday, April 11, at the Rialto Banquet Hall, bringing blackjack, roulette and other fun casino games to the community. The event will be catered by Hannibal Regional and include a wide assortment of heavy appetizers and sweets. Doors open at 5 p.m., and games start at 5:30 p.m.
Through this event and others, funds raised by the Scottish Rite enable them to provide scholarships and resources to support pediatric speech therapy services at Hannibal Regional. Since 2010, the Scottish Rite has given more than $150,000 for scholarships, training for Hannibal Regional Speech Therapy team members and other resources used for therapy.
Tickets are $50 each or $90 for two. They can be bought in advance by contacting the Hannibal Regional Pediatric Speech Therapy Department at 573-406-5777 or calling 573-248-6367. Tickets can be bought at the door that evening. Ticket price includes appetizers and one complimentary drink, as well as chips for the gaming tables.
Prizes will be awarded throughout the night as well as for the casino winners.
