CANTON, Mo. — Culver-Stockton College’s Biennial Faculty Art Exhibit, an exhibition highlighting the work of full-time and adjunct staff at Culver-Stockton College, is on display through March 29 in the Mabee Art Gallery on the C-SC campus.

The event opening was held on Feb. 29 and included an artist talk. Faculty work is only shown in the gallery every other year.

Visitors will see unique Midwest perspectives from six talented artists. Scott Arthur’s oils, Carol Clay Mann’s fiber-focused work, Sally Kintz’s digital paintings based on type, Debra Myers’ oil paintings and pastels, James Zimmerman’s bright acrylics and Brittany Welker’s photographs.

In a press release, Arthur, assistant professor of art and curator of the Mabee Art Gallery, said, “This exhibit highlights the varied talents of the faculty at Culver-Stockton College. Culver-Stockton has a vibrant art department with artist-professors who teach as well as find time to create and exhibit their work nationwide.”
